City Nature Challenge Wildflower Walk
Join Ivy Creek Foundation and Mary Lee Epps on a Wildflower Hike at Ivy Creek Natural Area and Historic River View Farm. She will be leading visitors through the forest to explore the native flowers that will be in bloom and give information on each flower and their importance to the ecosystem.
This guided hike is part of the City Nature Challenge in the Greater Charlottesville Region and the Rivanna RiverFest. Please download the free iNaturalist App from your smartphone prior to the hike. Families are welcome, but this hike is geared to adults. No dogs. No bathroom facilities.
We have room for 20 participants. If your schedule changes, please let us know. If you want to be added to the waitlist after the hike reaches capacity, please let us know.
