Nature Photography workshop


Sign up for this field-based workshop for all levels of photographers and cameras. Saturday, June 22nd at 10 am for $40 or $30 for friends or members of Ivy Creek Foundation. Topics will include: composition and storytelling, macro and telephoto techniques, intro to stream photography with underwater cameras (Steve will bring several for demonstration), and using photography for conservation advocacy. Steven David Johnson is Professor of Visual and Communication Arts at EMU in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. His photography of the natural world has appeared in Orion, BBC Focus Magazine, Ranger Rick, National Science Teachers Association Press books, a National Geographic Kids book, and numerous conservation publications and journals.
