August Native Plant Walk

Saturday, August 17, the Jefferson Chapter of the Virginia Native Plant Society will host a free plant walk with no registration required.

Meet at the kiosk by the parking lot at 9 AM. The Plant Walk will be led by Master Naturalist Daria Kiselica. Take a leisurely walk and see late summer bloomers, as well as plants gone to seed. No picking, collecting or foraging. But take photos! Beginners interested in learning about wildflowers are welcome.
