*This is a two part class - Saturday, 3/23 and Sunday 3/24, 1-3:30 pm

Pat Willis, retired professional landscaper and charter member and former president of Jefferson Chapter, Virginia Native Plant Society, will offer a two session mini-class on gardening with native plants. Learn how to choose the right location and create the necessary conditions to ensure that your newly acquired native plants will grow and bloom happily, and also better understand what can go wrong and how to minimize failures.  The class is open to the public, but will be limited to 24 students. Preregistration is required and there is a non-refundable $15 fee to reserve a place.  (Some scholarships are available.) We'll meet in the Ivy Creek Natural Area Education Building. Cosponsored by Ivy Creek Foundation and Jefferson Chapter, Virginia Native Plant Society.

Registration is now full and we have a substantial wait list.  We will not be accepting any more applications. Those admitted to the class or on the wait list will be notified and all those who submitted checks but did not get a spot will have their checks returned.
