Much has changed since the days at River View Farm but there are still signs of that early activity in the current forests. Take a walk and see some of the effects of farming and time on the current landscape. Tom Wild will lead a walk on November 26 at 2 PM and point out some of the evidence of forest succession, different forest ecosystems, and the imprint of farm activity on the landscape.
