Bat Shelter Flies
The Bat Shelter flew to a new site at Ivy Creek Natural Area on Tuesday, June 15th, 2010. Derek Van der Linde and his crane service donated their time, equipment, and expertise to move the 3,200 pound shelter to a sunnier spot far from predators. Dan Bieker and Phil Stokes guided the bat shelter up and down. To see the TVstory go to this link.
