Central Virginia Beekeepers Meeting - September

With bear sightings on UVa Gounds and the Meineke Car Care at Emmet & Hydraulic roads, it’s pretty apparent that bear are not just a potential visitor to our ‘out yards’. Please join us as we hear from David Kocka, a District Wildlife Biologist with the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries on the ecology as well as management and deterrents of black bear in our area. All are welcome to come to our monthly meetings.
