Tree Basics for Homeowners: Winter Tree ID

Charlottesville Area Tree Stewards (CATS) will be holding a free tree walk on Saturday, February 10, from 10:00 am to 12 noon.  The topic will be Winter Tree Identification.  Find it hard to identify trees when their leaves are down? Trees have lots of other ways to help you identify them. Come learn about them! The class will begin in the Education Building and then take participants outside.  Please dress appropriately.  Registration with CATS is requested/recommended--please RSVP by e-mailing education@charlottesvilleareatreestewards.org.
